Cocktails are among life’s greatest pleasures. But they’re even better with food and friends.

Let us help you enjoy the holy trinity of cocktails, food, and friends at Clique Bar and Lounge! Once you’ve assembled your friends, we can take care of the rest. To help you enjoy the best night out possible, we’ve assembled a list of our menu items and suggestions for how to pair them with the perfect cocktail. Get ready to party!

Popcorn

What it is: Our poppin’ fresh corn is seasoned with honey sriracha and chives.

Suggested drink pairing: The sweet and savory flavors work well with our Blueberry Mule cocktail, which is our take on the Moscow Mule. Stoli Blueberi Vodka, Blueberry-Lime Cordial, lime, and ginger beer come together for a memorable cocktail that tastes great with our addictive popcorn!

Edamame

What it is: The perfect snack for sharing. Our edamame is made with fresh lemon and Maldon sea salt.

Suggested drink pairing: Our Green Machine cocktail is the perfect pairing! Not only is it color-coordinated, but its citrus works well with the edamame. To order, choose from 50 Bleu Vodka or Bombay Sapphire East Gin, and we’ll combine it with cucumber, celery, spinach, and lemon.

Avocado toasts

What it is: Avocado toast is all the rage, and with good reason: it’s delicious. Our version is made with smashed organic avocado, heirloom tomatoes, and basil.

Suggested drink pairing: The basil on the toast works well with the basil in our Two Birds One Stone cocktail, made with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Silver Cachaça, Amontillado Sherry, Dry Curacao, Basil Cordial, yuzu citrus, and a basil ice sphere.

Organic Veggie Summer Rolls

What it is: Unlike spring rolls, summer rolls are not fried, but are absolutely satisfying, especially when dipped in an addictive spicy peanut sauce and Thai citrus ponzu.

Suggested drink pairing: Our Vita Mixin’ is the perfect way to keep it light and healthy! Choose from Avion Silver Tequila or Botran Reserva Rum, and we’ll blend it with carrot, orange, ginger, and lemon for a tasty and healthy concoction.

Clique Signature Wings

What it is: Traditional yet unforgettable wings, served with blue cheese dipping sauce.

Suggested drink pairing: Blue cheese is a very assertive flavor, and demands an assertive cocktail pairing. Try it with our Benny Blanco, which contains Casamigos Blanco Tequila, pineapple chili shrub, Velvet Falernum, lemon, and seltzer.

Mini Sliders

What it is: Sharing-friendly mini burgers served with pimento cheese, burger sauce, and skinny fries.

Suggested drink pairing: Mini sliders taste divine with wine. Red wine works beautifully with the rich meat, or opt for a sparkling wine (including any of our champagne cocktails from the “Tiny Bubbles” portion of our menu) to offer a bright contrast. This is also a great moment to savor a beer, too!

Mini Lamb Gyros

What it is: Miniature versions of the classic wrap sandwich! Ours are made with shawarma spiced lamb, cucumbers, tzatziki sauce, and lemon.

Suggested drink pairing: The herbal flavors in the gyros call for herbal spirits to match. Try it with our Something May Catch Fire cocktail, made with Tamarind-infused Espolon tequila, aloe vera liqueur, yellow chartreuse, lemon, and pineapple, and garnished with rosemary, cassia chips, and curacao pearls.

Bill’s Spicy Tuna

What it is: Rich, flavorful tuna is rendered irresistible with the addition of crispy rice and ponzu sauce. A must-try menu item!

Suggested drink pairing: Ponzu sauce is salty and citrusy, and works well with a cocktail containing some citrus. Our Up All Night cocktail, made with Cruzan rum, Orgeat, lemon, ginger syrup, blackberries, strawberries, Peychaud’s Bitters, and garnished with a sparkler, is a great pairing.

Miso Sea Bass Lettuce Cups

What it is: This menu item features sweet gem lettuce as the base for a delicious miso sea bass, which is served with crispy kataifi.

Suggested drink pairing: Our Doctor’s Orders cocktail provides a pleasingly sweet-with-a-bite contrast for the savory flavors in the miso sea bass. It’s a mellow yet potent mixture of ginger-infused Bulleit rye, ginger syrup, honey syrup, lemon, ginger foam, a spritz of Lagavulin 16 year, and a pairing of candied ginger.

Mini Lobster Tacos

What it is: Tiny tacos with explosive flavor! Our tacos are served with grilled mango, avocado, and cilantro.

Suggested drink pairing: Our Fear and Loathing cocktail works well with plenty of bright citrus flavors to pick up the high notes from the mango in the tacos. It’s made with Belvedere Citrus vodka, Orange Edition Red Bull, Orange Curaçao, Bianco vermouth, and is finished with candied Orange Edition Red Bull caviar pearls.

Yellowtail Sashimi

What it is: An elegant serving of sashimi, served with jalapeno, cilantro, and an addictive ponzu sauce.

Suggested drink pairing: The salt and citrus in the ponzu sauce served with our sashimi makes it a great pairing with our Mad Hatter cocktail, which features Hilhaven Lodge Blended American Whiskey, pineapple gomme, Orange Curaçao, iced tea, and yuzu citrus.

Pizza Pockets

What it is: Like a grown-up version of a classic after school snack (yasssss!). We make our bites with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

Suggested drink pairing: A sparkling wine is fantastic with the pizza flavors; for something with a little more pizzazz, try our champagne sangria, which features fresh citrus, strawberry gomme syrup, strawberries, blackberries, and mint.

Pigs in Blankets

What it is: The classic pre-party cocktail snack! Ours are served simply, with ketchup and mustard.

Suggested drink pairing: This rich snack calls for something with carbonation. Try it with our  Blackbeard’s Delight cocktail, featuring Bulleit Bourbon, blackberry, ginger, lemon, and seltzer.

Prosciutto Wrapped Dates

What it is: This elegant table snack is perfect for sharing! The classic small plate special gets a makeover with goat cheese, basil, and Marcona almond piquillo pepper sauce.

Suggested drink pairing: The sweet-and-rich flavors pair well with a brightly flavored beverage like our white wine sangria, which is made using Ladoucette Pouilly-Fumé, fresh citrus, Vermouth Bianco, Vanilla Bean Cordial, strawberries, blackberries, and mint. These dates would also taste great with our Sometimes Y Cocktail, which has complementary sweet and sour flavors including Hennessy VSOP Cognac, Diplomatico Mantuano Rum, Plantation 5 Year Rum, Plymouth Sloe Gin, grapefruit, lemon, and IPA Syrup.

Deep Fried Oreos

What it is: The classic cookie from your childhood lunch box has grown up! Cookies are battered and fried to golden perfection, then served with marshmallow creme and Nutella dipping sauce.

Suggested drink pairing: If you’ve never tried our Tableside Mixology service, it’s a great moment to try it! Our Joey Smokestack cocktail is made tableside with Ransom Old Tom gin, Vida mezcal, creme de cacao, honey, lemon, lime, cream, San Pellegrino, egg whites, cracked pepper, and comes with Baileys-injected marshmallows. If you prefer a shooter, try this dessert with our Cookies and Cream Shooter. Made with Ciroc vodka, Dorda double chocolate, banana liqueur, and chocolate whipped cream, this pairing is the perfect way to indulge your inner cookie monster.

Crispy Apple Pie Wontons

What it is: Crispy fried wonton shells are filled with softly spiced apples, then served with salted caramel sauce and Bavarian whipped cream.

Suggested drink pairing: You’ll love the crispy edges of these wontons with the crisp flavor of our Swedish Airmail cocktail, made with Absolut Elyx Vodka, lemon, champagne, honey, and lavender bitters.
