The man behind the menu: Antony Sazerac
Clique’s head mixologist, Antony Sazerac, is a unique type of artist. Instead of using paint brushes and pigments, he uses bitters, liqueurs, and alcohol to create works of drinkable art.
Antony is well versed on classic cocktails, but he’s also creative and has a great intuitive knack for designing creative cocktails. The new menu reflects his personal style: a little irreverent, often unexpected, but always delicious results.
In our interview with Antony, you can learn a little bit more about the method behind his mixology madness and more about what makes a great cocktail.
