Our signature drinks were designed by our mixologists with you in mind. We’ve created a menu full of fascinating flavors to intoxicate the senses. The only hard part? Deciding which one to try first!
Here’s what’s on offer:
Blood Moon: Don’t worry, there’s nothing gruesome about this Blood Moon! It’s a positively enchanting concoction that starts with Glenmorangie Original, which is a highly esteemed Scotch Whisky. It’s combined with Cherry Heering, a cherry liqueur, and Aperol, a slightly bitter gentian-and-rhubarb aperitif.
Life’s a Beach: Wishing you were somewhere tropical? This drink is the next best thing. It’s prepared with Pineapple Infused Grey Goose Vodka, Orgeat (an almond liqueur), lime, and coconut.
Night Cap: This drink may be called the Night Cap, but you’ll want to drink it all night long! It’s a truly unique combination of flavors, made with Grey Goose Vanilla, espresso, Murphy’s Irish Stout, and orange simple syrup. You’ve never tasted anything quite like it!
Ruby Rose: Pretty in pink! This delightful looking and tasting creation is made with Grey Goose vodka, grapefruit-rose cordial, lemon, and hibiscus sugar. Yes, it’s pretty, but it packs a flavor punch!
Benny Blanco: Sip like a crime boss…in high style! The Benny Blanco may take its name from a gangster in the movie Carlito’s Way, but this drink is appropriate for even clean-cut customers. It’s made with Casamigos Blanco, pineapple chili shrub, Velvet Falernum, lemon, and seltzer. It’s fresh and refreshing…but it definitely has an edge!
Mad Hatter: You’ll go mad for this delicious cocktail! It’s made with Jim Beam, pineapple gomme syrup, curacao, iced tea, and yuzu citrus. It’s a little sweet, a little savory, a little sour, and perfectly balanced.
Honey Pear: You’ll want to be calling this cocktail your honey-bear…it’s so uplifting and buoyant you can’t help but fall in love! This cocktail is a tempting and delicious mixture of Grey Goose Le Poire (that’s French for “pear” btw), lemon, honey, and champagne.
Get Him to the Greek: Ever tried yogurt…in a cocktail? Don’t knock it til you try it! This unusual yet tasty creation is made with Bulldog Gin, cucumber, dill, yogurt, and lemon. Love tzatziki sauce? You’ll be intrigued by this cocktail.
So Fresca, So Clean: Nope: it’s not made with Fresca the diet cola. “Fresca” means fresh in the context of this cocktail, and that’s what the flavor is all about. This super-fresh cocktail is created with Patron Blanco, Aperol, watermelon juice, strawberry syrup, agave, and lime juice.
Blackbeard’s Delight: You don’t have to be a pirate to enjoy this bracing yet enticing cocktail. It’s made with a heady mix of Wild Turkey Longbranch, blackberry, ginger, lemon, and soda. Pirate––and Clique patron––approved! Arrrr you ready for another round?
Blueberry Mule: This is our creative take on the Moscow Mule, with a few extra bells and whistles. It’s made with 50 Bleu Vodka, blueberry-lime cordial, lemon, and Fever Tree Ginger Beer.
Strawberry Fields: Dare we say that you might be tempted to stick with Strawberry Fields…forever? It’s hard to switch drinks once you’ve experienced the flavor sensation of this creative cocktail, made with Bombay Sapphire, Aperol, lemon, strawberry syrup, and Chandon.
