Keep it Light

Sometimes, a light snack is all you need. These light bites are perfect to share. Consider pairing them with one of our group-friendly cocktails like the “Wicked Kettle,” a cocktail made with cardamom-infused 50 Bleu Vodka, matcha tea, Rothman & Winter Peach Liqueur, and a splash of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA served over dry ice. It’s made in a large format, so it’s suitable for 4.

Perfectly popped every time! We serve ours with honey sriracha and chives…you’ve gotta try it!

Edamame

Satisfying and fun to eat! Edamame is always a great starter; we serve ours simply, with fresh lemon and Maldon sea salt.

Avocado Toasts

Light and bright, yet satisfying. Our Avo-toast is made with smashed organic avocado, heirloom tomatoes, and basil. Yum.

Yellowtail Sashimi

Fresh and bright. Our high-quality yellowtail sashimi is served with serrano peppers, cilantro, and ponzu sauce.
